Bryan Castillo, 19, of Hawkcrest Lane is accused of killing Deputy Kaleb Mitchell, 24, when Castillo’s pickup struck Mitchell’s vehicle head-on on U.S. 311 in northern Forsyth County, said Master Trooper Whit Efird, a spokesman for the N.C. Highway Patrol.
