Marion resident Michael Loftis is concerned about the city of Marion's higher rates but was not able to attend the City Council meeting.
Paul Davidson, a descendant of John Stepp and Thomas Lytle, will be in Marion on June 17 hoping to meet Lytle and Stepp relatives in the area.
