After months of work and a considerable investment of time and money, the Six Pack Factory and the Loft will celebrate a grand opening Saturday. It is the latest venture by owners Jeremy Suttles (left) and Justin Riddle, also own Boondocks Sports Bar & Grill.

The first thing you notice when you walk inside is the impressive selection of craft beer and wines for sale. The store section on the first floor has many popular North Carolina craft brews like Highland, Catawba, Wicked Weed, Green Man, Pisgah, Fat Tire and dozens of others. The Six Pack Factory will carry products from other states but like Refinery 13 and others, their focus will be on North Carolina products. The place will be a showcase of products from craft breweries and wineries in the Old North State and elsewhere. “When we are fully stocked, we will be one of the largest craft beer and wine outlets in western North Carolina,” said owner Jeremy Suttles.

The Loft features a bar where you can order by the bottle numerous craft beers and popular domestic brands like Budweiser and Michelob Ultra. Owners Jeremy Suttles (left) and Justin Riddle said they don’t have beer on tap yet but they plan to add that over the summer.

The Loft comes complete with a stage and this will become downtown Marion’s latest music venue. Saturday’s grand opening will feature a special performance by Tanya and The Roadrunnerz Band.
