On Monday, McDowell County officials recognized three members of county emergency services who are retiring after years of service to the local community.
Dr. William “Bill” Fowler, who was formerly the EMS medical director, was honored with a resolution by the commissioners. Fowler and his wife Michelle (center) were present for the recognition.
On Monday, Boyd Hoyle, who worked as a paramedic, was honored with a resolution by the commissioners. Hoyle and his wife Melissa (center) were present for the recognition.
On Monday, Marvin Hancock, who is retiring as a full-time paramedic, was honored with a resolution by the commissioners. Hancock and his wife Iretha (center) were present for the recognition.
