Here are some of the best movies to watch in the fall. First up is the 1989 romantic comedy ‘When Harry Met Sally’, starring Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal. Directed by Rob Reiner, the movie follows two friends who spend years wondering whether men and women can really stay just friends. And honestly, the orange leaves and autumn scenery deserve a starring credit of their own. Then there’s ‘Dead Poets Society’. Released in 1989, the film features iconic performances from Robin Williams and a young Ethan Hawke. Set at an elite New England boarding school, the movie follows an unconventional English teacher who inspires his students to think for themselves and embrace poetry. With its back-to-school setting and dark academia vibes, it feels like the perfect fall watch. For another classic rom-com, ‘You’ve Got Mail’ is a must. Released in 1998, the movie stars Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks as two business rivals who unknowingly fall for each other through email. The beginning of the movie is even set in cozy New York during fall, making it the perfect watch for this time of year.
