Town of Old Fort continues to dig out one week after Helene ravages community

One week after the storm Hurricane Helene moved through McDowell County, residents are still in the recovery and cleanup process.
The town of Old Fort was still shut down Friday afternoon as cleanup of the town has started with some residents in the outskirts of Old Fort Mountain still isolated.
