Owner Daron James has big plans for this property on East Court, which covers almost an acre. In the future, he intends to install a park there with shipping containers. Within the refurbished containers, he will have a tattoo parlor and much more. “We will have a dessert bar, beer and wine, a coffee truck, food trucks, a place to eat a place together and a place for community action,” he said to The McDowell News.
