Now through Monday, you can help Jim Cook Chevrolet fill up the Truckload of Joy so some deserving children in McDowell County can enjoy Christmas. The automobile dealership on the five lane now has a Silverado pickup truck on display in the showroom. The goal is to fill up the truck with donated items. This project is sponsoring the Project Christmas program and A Caring Alternative's Care Haven Shelter. Toys will be collected for Project Christmas and household items will be collected for the Care Haven Shelter.
