As baseball season gets under way this week, here's a look at the new items that stadium vendors are offering this year.

Short rib disco fries: The Chicago Cubs stadium, Wrigley Field, will have french fries topped with beef short rib, garlic aioli, queso fresco and green onions.

Chicken tinga tacos:Â Washington Nationals fans can get chicken tinga, carnitas or barbacoa tacos at Nationals Park

Elote-topped tots:Â Coors Field, the Colorado Rockies stadium, will have elote-topped tater tots served in a helmet.
Beyond Bratwurst
Beyond Bratwurst: Citi Field, the home of the New York Mets, will have the Beyond Bratwurst, a vegan and gluten-free plant-based bratwurst
Whiskey and bourbon drinks
Whiskey and bourbon drinks: The Detroit Tigers' Comerica Park will be serving drinks made from whiskey and bourbon from Coppercraft Distillery in Holland, Mich.
Bone-in smoked beef short rib
Bone-in smoked beef short rib:Â Nationals Park will also be offering BBQ beef short rib.
Fritos pie corn dog
Fritos pie corn dog:Â At Minute Maid Park, where the Houston Astros play, fans can get a footlong hot dog dipped in Fritos batter and topped with queso blanco and chili.
Smoked burnt ends topped tots
Smoked burnt ends topped tots: Minute Maid Park will also be serving tater tots topped with queso blanco, BBQ sauce, green onions, pickles and smoked pork burnt ends.
Funnel cake poutine
Funnel cake poutine:Â The Rogers Centre, home of the Toronto Blue Jays, will feature funnel cake poutine, consisting of funnel cake fries, ice cream, chocolate, caramel and marshmallows
32 ingredient salad
32 ingredient salad:Â The Rogers Centre will also have a salad featuring 32 ingredients including various greens and vegetables as well as quinoa, sunflower and pomegranate seeds, orange juice and more.
Log cabin topped tots
Log cabin topped tots:Â The Rogers Centre will also be serving tater tots topped with maple baked beans, bacon, cheddar cheese, green onions, pulled pork and sour cream.
Korean BBQ
Korean BBQ: Kansas City Royals fans can get a pork kielbasa topped with Korean BBQ sauce and daikon kimchi slaw at Kauffman Stadium.

Brisket topped tots:Â Kauffman Stadium will also have tater tots covered in brisket, white queso, BBQ sauce and green onions.
Pittsburgh Cone
Pittsburgh Cone:Â PNC Park, the home of the Pittsburgh Pirates, will be serving the Pittsburgh Cone, a waffle cone filled with kielbasa, pierogi dumplings, swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Russian dressing.
Quinoa blueberry salad
Quinoa blueberry salad:Â PNC Park will also have a salad made of red quinoa, hearts of palm, spinach, blueberries, cucumber, carrot, sunflower seeds and balsamic dressing.
Esquite
Esquite:Â Dodger Stadium will be serving esquite, sweet corn toped with mayo, cotija cheese and chipotle aioli, served in a souvenir helmet.
Going Yard
Going Yard:Â Dodger Stadium will also serve a 16.5-inch jalapeno cheddar sausage topped with onions, corn, avocado relish and sour cream, known as Going Yard.

Dodger sausage:Â Also at Dodger Stadium, an al pastor pineapple sausage, topped with pineapple and cilantro-lime crema.
Buffalo chicken topped tots
Buffalo chicken topped tots:Â Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox, will be serving tater tots topped with buffalo chicken, blue cheese and chives.
LBLT
LBLT: Fenway Park will also have an LBLT sandwich — lobster, bacon, lettuce and tomato.
Banana splitter
Banana splitter:Â Also at Fenway, an ice cream sundae with chocolate, vanilla and strawberry ice cream, banana, hot fudge, sprinkles, whipped cream and cherries.
Tender Love and Chicken sandwich
Tender Love and Chicken sandwich: Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, home of the Oakland Athletics, will be serving a fried chicken sandwich topped with bacon, Vermont cheddar, tomatoes, lettuce, pickle and herb remoulade.
