(CON) in McDowell County which would allow Four Seasons to have an office there, and enhance access to hospice services as well as expand our ability to provide caregiver support, grief services, and palliative care. Our medical providers are highly trained to provide this specialized care, and because we are a nonprofit, we invest in our staff so that their focus is on spending more time with patients and families. Four Seasons Hospice provides care wherever you call home through regular visits made by our highly trained care team, and are available if needed 24/7. We prioritize your goals for comfort, clarity, and how you want to live your life, so care is on your terms. If needed, Four Seasons may also provide respite or inpatient care at Elizabeth House, or one of our contracted facilities closer to your home. We Are Your Neighbors and Live in Your Area Our medical providers, nurses, hospice aides, and other members of your care team live in your community and find great purpose in their work because they are members of your community. We prioritize our staff and their wellbeing which contributes to our care teams working together for a long time making sure your care is provided consistently by the same people.
