The 180 Eagle Chase Lane property, previously listed at $3.75 million, features more than 500 feet of private shoreline, four bedrooms, four full and two half-bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, an expansive enclosed porch and an in-home gym with a sauna. The home will sell without reserve on April 27 in cooperation with John-Mark Mitchell of Mitchell Prime Properties. The auction will be conducted via Concierge Auctions’ custom mobile bidding app Instant Gavel, allowing prospective buyers to bid from anywhere in the world.
