Notice of Opening of Waiting List for 2,3, 4 Bedroom Unit Sizes Nu-Dimensions Inc. PUBLIC NOTICE Nu-Dimensions Inc, will OPEN its Affordable Housing Waiting List for 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units. At Camden Meadows, Keating Pointe, Waverly Ridge, and Wimberly Crossing on Monday, March 20, 2023. Camden Meadows Keating Pointe Waverly Ridge Wimberly Crossing Office located at 841 S Center Street, Hickory, NC 28602 Applications will be available at the Nu-Dimensions, Inc. Main Office during regular business hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:30-4:30 Wednesday 8:30-12:30. Only fully completed applications with all required documents listed on application will be accepted for consideration. HUD regulations do not require a public hearing when opening and closing the Waiting List. Therefore, public notice will be provided as stated in the prevailing Tenant Selection Plan. Once completed application has been processed, you will be placed on the waiting list in order of application date and preference score. You will receive a letter confirming placement mailed to the address provided on your application.
